The Contact Center Professionals Network (CCPN) is dedicated to creating a tight-knit community of business-minded professionals who stay up-to-date on industry trends, and share innovative ideas and strategies for best practices within the marketplace.
Quarterly events hosted in a local contact center facility include a site tour, a discussion led by industry experts with an interactive question-and-answer session, and unique networking opportunities.
Through CCPN, members will create a shared vision and purpose for the local contact center industry now and for the future.
History
CCPN is sponsored by Eastridge InQ Contact Center Specialists - a division of The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies. InQ discovers top contact center professionals through specialized recruitment strategies and places them into contract, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions across a variety of businesses within the industry.
CCPN was created in response to a growing demand for a professional association focused on the local contact center marketplace. In 2006, CCPN was born - filling the gap between San Diego's contact center industry and its professionals.
The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies was founded in 1972 by Robert Svet. With nearly four decades of expertise and experience in the staffing industry and 25,000 employee placements annually, Eastridge operates with a driving purpose to provide people with opportunities and enrichment through work.
