When progressive thinkers gather, there's no limit to what can be accomplished. Exchanging ideas and gaining insight through wisdom is what CCPN does best.
CCPN events are held four times per year and are free. Each meeting will spotlight a current issue or trend in the contact center industry, and will feature at least one expert presenting the topic. Seminars are followed by an engaging forum, where guests have an opportunity to exchange ideas with the speaker.
Each event is hosted in San Diego at a unique contact center, and discussions are followed by a tour of the facility to gain insight into a local contact center business. Refreshments are served while members network with other professionals in the industry.
Events are approximately two hours in length and include:
Discussions led by contact center industry experts
Interactive question-and-answer sessions
Site tours of state-of-the-art contact center facilities
Networking with local contact center professionals
Opportunities to serve on the CCPN Roundtable Committee
